These are some easy rituals to cure a dry mouth
Morning rituals
Do Oil pulling with sesame oil for 3-5 minutes every day to cleanse the palette. Gargling every day with warm water and a spoon of salt. This can provide you some relief from the problem of dry mouth. The concoction can trigger salivary glands to secrete saliva.
Foods
include Aloe vera juice in your diet which helps in treating dry mouth. Eat foods rich in water: Melons, cucumbers, zucchini , pumpkin
Lemon
Lemon is acidic in nature and excellent to treat bad breath and cleanses your mouth. It also stimulates saliva production, which is necessary when suffering from the problem of dry mouth. Drink a glass of lemon juice every morning. You can also add a teaspoon of honey in it.
Spices
Spice up your food a little to stimulate the salivary glands. Cayenne pepper, fennel seeds, cardamom, ginger are spices you can try when suffering from the problem of dry mouth. You can add these spices in your food or can either chew a few fennel seeds and cardamom for some relief.
Drink water
First thing first, keep yourself hydrated. Sip plenty of water to keep the problem of dry mouth at bay. Ensure that you drink 2 liters of water every day. You can also have coconut water or juices.
Stay away from foods and substances that dry your mouth! Definitely Avoid smoking, alcohol, and caffeine.
